FriendFeed

You’re being watched.

No, no! I didn’t mean it in a creepy way, Richard Ramirez kind of way. This is a good kind of stalking. The kind you have in your Facebook feeds whereby you get updated with what is your friend up to over the internet. Meaning you can keep track of up to 48 services updates of your friends/ yourself through FriendFeed, just like a social hub where everything ‘connects’.

Some of the features:

  • real-time Twitter two-way interaction
  • Facebook  dynamic posting (which can now all be automated and customized),
  • embed videos from YouTube, Comedy Central, College Humor, the Onion, and Metacafe directly into their streams.
  • compatible with Google Talk and Jabber, you can chose which Friendfeed content you wish to see 'pop up' (all, friends, or everyone) and comment back OR post directly in my case, from
    GMail.
  • Flickr, Picasa, delicious, LinkIn, and many many more!

The key to using and understanding FriendFeed is that you have full control, allowing you to tailor the service to what you want to see, share and discuss at your option.
