Lately, I've been making judgments ahead and strikes before everyone else does. The proverbs 'time and tide wait for no man' and 'strike when it is hot' works for me pretty well until I got an email from someone superior that commented on my pace for leaping too fast. And I might have offended some people along the way, unintentionally. Well, I think everything has been very smooth for me thus I kind of overlooked some things; others' feeling. In other words, taking things for granted. Sorry for the hick-up, promise I'd look before I leap next time.
